Module brackets for Nissan Leaf Gen1/Gen2 modules

Post by bbadmin » Wed May 25, 2022 8:46 am

As is known the Nissan modules can't be used without compressing them to prevent the from blowing up during charge/discharge.
We've designed and manufactured special end-plates/brackets to make modular 'blocks' of seperate Nissan Leaf modules.

These end-plates come as a set with special countersunk end nuts and threaded bars to create a block2- block12 (2 - 12 Nissan modules)
There is an option to 'close' the block by sliding in 1mm thick sideplates between the modules and the endplates.

Fit for Vectrix VX1:
The block10 fits in the Vectrix VX1 battery box under the seat. By installing two block10 modules the total installed capacity is 10kWh.
Additionally we can supply a BMS kit consisting of a lexan coverplate with a matching wiring loom and BMS12 module to install on top of the block10.

Fit for Th!nk A306:
When using four block12 kits one can convert a full Nissan Leaf battery pack and install it into the Th!nk battery box instead of the old Zebra or Enerdel battery. Each block12 contains two BMS12 modules and communicates to the MasterBMS

The BMS12 units communicate to our MasterBMS modules that takes care of controlling relays for driving, charging and cell balancing.
Remote monitoring by Iphone/Android over Wifi/4G is possible by using our additional EV Monitoring System (EVMS) module.
